This creamy, tropical-loaded smoothie will make you feel like you took a trip to the tropics! It’s also a great energy boost thanks to the addition of protein powder!

And it really, REALLY is one, trust me guys. It brings all the flavors together like POW! Don’t sub regular milk or I seriously might cry.

And can I just say a word about the protein powder addition? The coconut milk may be a game-changer, but the protein powder? It’s a LIFE-CHANGER. 2 cups fresh strawberries cut in half

1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

1 medium banana, cut into chunks and frozen

1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut

2 tablespoons of ANSI Pro-Series Whey25 Vanilla protein powder

1-3/4 cups coconut milk


Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
