1 cup of skim milk
1 cup of cold water
3 scoops of ANSI Whey Protein Powder, Chocolate
1 package Jell-o Sugar-Free Instant Pudding, Cheesecake flavor
Mix ingredients together in blender until well mixed, and portion out into small cups. Chill. Serves 4.
