Ingredients:
1 cup of freshly cut strawberries (or you can substitute with 1 1/2 cup frozen strawberries)
4 oz. of cold water
4 oz. of vanilla almond milk
1/2 cup of ice
1 scoop of ANSI ISO 32 Strawberries & Cream protein powder
Directions:
Throw all ingredients into a blender, blend until smooth… Enjoy!!
